Committee Guidelines
- The President is an adhoc member of each committee.
- Minutes must be kept of each committee meeting.
- The first person listed will serve as chairperson.
- The chairperson calling the meeting must notify the village clerk so the press can be notified 48 hours before the meeting and to avoid scheduling conflicts.
